Novaline – Mystery Islands Music SupportModerator@novaline
I will explain this procudure how to make your full version of your editor to work properly.
Please do following steps
1. Download your file from your account
2. If your license file is a .txt file then rename it to .key
3. Move the file to C:\Users\Mauricio\Documents\Mystery Islands Music\YOUR EDITOR, in this case, the VirusHC folder.
Moving the file where the VST will NOT WORK. simply put the file as described.
4. All set and ready. Now fire up your DAW and editor and make the connection and play hard!

To complete this thread further more:
Download the license.key from my-account -> orders -> view order which contains the plug-in license purchase.
Then make sure it’s called license.key like Novaline said.
Also, for MAC users and WIN users, the location in short is /<yourusername>/Documents/Mystery Islands Music/<plugin name>/
for example: macintosh hd/users/janikervinen/documents/mystery islands music/access virushc editor/
If you use iCloud like it do, then navigate to iCloud drive/documents/mystery islands music/access virushc editor/
Again, full version of the plug-in can be downloaded from https://www.mysteryislands-music.com/downloads/
Put your setup details in the signature to help us understand your setup, thank you!
