• Keep Online Store secure with updates on extensions.
• Keep Online Store updated with posts about updates etc.
• Plan ahead new plug-in projects.
• Reply to emails.
• Reply to phone calls.
• Reply to Support Tickets. (Novaline is taking majority of them to reply).

… As you can see, it is fair to say that there is too much for one man to handle. It’s been almost 7 years now since the JP-80×0 plug-in was initiated and back then, there was a lot more time to focus on one thing: coding. My 12 hour day summed like this: Coding 80% – Everything else 20%. Now the table has turned as I’m only able to code 20% and 80% goes on everything else. I’m not complaining about how long my days are, but there is quite a little left in terms of new development and new products to put out.

Therefore, we opened Patreon page so we could get 3-4 staff members onboard to handle the Online Store, Support to be able to reply everyday and solve issues quicker and to have 2 more developers to help smoothing out the bugs and to create new products as well!
