Since our plugin products are delivered as Digital Downloads and licensed per user, refunds are only given at the discretion of the management.
Management will issue refund if:
- Customer has made a post to forums about the plugin issue and can not resolve it within 30-days.
- Customer has contacted developer via Contact page and can not resolved it within 30-days.
Resolving the issue might require Skype or other screen sharing application to see and guide the user through the DAW settings.
To help out with the issue resolving, make sure to include information about your setup: DAW, OS of your computer, Synth model, MIDI interface and Soundcard information. Include steps how we can replicate the issue in our end to fix it / offer solution until next update.
Management will not issue refund if:
- Customer bought the plugin without reading the requirements.
- Customer says plugin is not working and is not willing to accept help.
